We'll refund your money on the pieces you don't select

It's our goal to make sure you're as happy as you can be with your new Top Knobs Hardware. So if you're not certain about your choice, we highly encourage ordering samples before placing your final order. To make this as easy as possible, we'll even refund you for samples you don't choose.

To take advantage of our Samples Refund policy, just place an order for samples (one of each item you're sampling) as you would any other order. Once you have products you're happy with, place your follow-up order for the hardware of your choice.

All you have to do is drop us an email including the order confirmation numbers of your two orders. We'll refund you the cost of the two most expensive pieces of hardware you didn't choose, including shipping charges, up to a total of 5% of the cost of the new order.
