Damaged items will be replaced without question. Damaged items are to be returned by the customer via USPS priority mail. Once return is received and cataloged, the customer will be reimbursed for the return shipping and the items returned. For non-damaged items, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees.
